Chocolate and cherry French toast
WatchHouse’s Chocolate and cherry French toast features House-made brioche soaked in custard and baked until golden, then layered with crème fraîche and a scattering of House granola for texture. At the centre, chocolate crémeux, cocoa nibs and a sprinkling of salt add depth and richness. Rich in colour, texture and taste, this twist on a classic French toast is set to become this season’s favourite brunch order.

Honey butter toast
A WatchHouse take on a breakfast classic, House brioche is glazed with a honey and butter spread, topped with crispy streaky bacon and finished with a drizzle of maple syrup. Balancing rich, salty and sweet flavours, the dish is intentionally crafted to enjoy slow autumn mornings.

Gianduja cookie
New to the WatchHouse bakery offer, the Gianduja cookie combines a rich milk chocolate centre with nibbed hazelnuts, offering a decadent mid-afternoon treat with a satisfying balance of chocolate and nuttiness.

New Seasonal Drinks
Alongside WatchHouse’s world-class coffee, guests can also opt for Pear and cardamom hot chocolate, which offers a comforting take on a classic, combining rich chocolate with the delicate sweetness of pear and warming cardamom. Smooth and balanced, it brings a subtle depth to the familiar favourite.

For a lighter pick-me-up, the Peach and coconut water matcha combines matcha with naturally hydrating coconut water, white peach syrup and a blend of electrolytes and vitamins. Bright and subtly sweet, it offers a refreshing alternative with a functional element, without compromising on flavour.

The full September menu also includes new on-the-go breakfast options, including Quinoa, cherry and maple granola and Coconut and chia overnight oats, alongside a new lunchtime offering of freshly made House focaccias, baked by WatchHouse’s bakery team. The Salame and hot honey focaccia pairs savoury salame and Fior di latte mozzarella with Calabrian chilli and hot honey, balancing richness with heat and sweetness. The Pesto burrata focaccia combines creamy burrata with pesto, semi-dried tomatoes and rocket, while the Chicken herb mayo focaccia brings together chicken, herb mayo, tarragon and rocket. Designed for an easy lunchtime pick-up, the new focaccias bring WatchHouse’s House-made approach to a satisfying, seasonal lunch option.

WatchHouse’s September menu launches across all UK Houses from 16 September 2026.
